| |  Hi gohan2091. The purpose of the BSA is to warn people in buying pirated software. They are considering also in suing Ebay and any other auction sites where piracy problem is rampant. I don't think they can target an individual who are using pirated software. For example, downloading a software package in their website (e.g. Registry Crawler) which is safe. Now, you only need to know is the serial number.
