| |  I like both, but roasted is best for me too. I like grilled but it is too much work. If someone else does it I am all for it. I was never good and grilling any way.

i enjoy about anything that you can think of outside on the bbq grill. chicken, pork chops, steak, hamburgers, sausages and hot dogs. grilled corn on the cob is delicious on the bbq grill. but it isn't all of the time that one can grill outside due to the weather. and i have roasted lots of things in my roaster, mainly i use my roaster pan for turkey and chicken. you can wrap different food items up in aluminium foil and put your favorite spices on the food and add some butter and you have good eats, like that televsion show on the FoodNetwork channel. lol so i guess that my favorite way to prepare any kind of meat, would be outside on the bbq grill.
