do you find jobs from Craigslist?

Is Craigslist trust worthy? I saw there are many trashy posting on the job section. Some people told me that craigslist is not reliable source for you to find a part - time employment. Do you trust craigslist, and give it a try? Or you simply find jobs somewhere else?
