I have a 4 week old puppy, and she wont feed from the bottle. She refuses the nipple. And she will on lap it from the palm of my hand. Should I try another nipple or is there anything I can try to get her to take it. She just turns her head away from the nipple. Even when I put it in her mouth and squeeze out some milk so that she knows what it is. She is just a tiny little thing. She is old enough to start on moist food? My vet suggested Gerber Baby food with the puppy formula.
It sounds like that baby is ready to be a big girl. I'd stop with the bottle and go with gerber (it can;t be any more expensive than canned dog food) The up side is at this rate she will be easy to house break. :)
