How do you want you office environment to be ?

I've not yet seen an office which I could think of as the best, because to me they all have enormous design faults. My own ideal office would be one which is light, airy, and the desks very well spaced apart. There would be a set of headphones by each desk so that anyone could put them on to, if they so wished, drown out office noises such as people talking too loudly, phones ringing etc. My ideal office would be warm enough in winter, and cool enough (air-conditioned) when it gets hot in summer.

My office environment, can still have its own independent office, there is no noisy sound, the office I bought a lot of bonsai, decorated my office, a good working environment, in order to make our work more efficient. Only in this way can the results. To create a good working environment is essential.

I would want to work in a hostel free environment where everyone got along, also that being the boss didn't mean that people have to either be brownoisers or have resientment towards me. I would also want a more colorful office with more then just plain white walls with motovational posters hanging up. Something more modern like that mad men show or something.
