Motorcycle Helmet Law.  

I will suggest you to have a helmet as it is good for your safety.In the initial stage,it will be somewhat difficult to have a helmet and the needs to carry it where ever you go is also tedious.But with time you will get accustomed to it.It is always safe to ride your bike with your helmet on.Push aside all the government's notifications.Cheers!

It's a lot cheaper and better to buy the helmet than the health insurance but it's sure better to have even the health insurance than nothing :) Here in Finland there is a helmet law even for bicycles and I don't think it's such a bad thing... After all, you can easily find some really cool helmets if you just search for them.

Here in the Philippines, we have a helmet law. Although the penalty is not as big, but I would say when someone suffers an accident, they end up getting killed or spending more. I think it is better to have a helmet considering that its part of safety. I have seen a lot of accidents involving motorbikes considering that I work as a paramedic. It is quite obvious that those not wearing helmets most of the time, have greater injuries and are more at risk of getting killed.

I can not believe that in your area Helmet is not necessary, I still wonder that people needs to have an insurance instead of Helmet. I think helmet will be good for ever one even i used it too, However i had an accident and helmet save my life,
