(for lack of a better phrase) For most of my life, I've relied on my rationale, my brain, logic, and ultimately found myself living on the streets to this day.
I've learned that whether I follow it or not, my intuition is rarely wrong. One example, I was to meet with some people in an unfamiliar area, I got lost, I found some area where there'd seemed to be some civilization. My brain decided, maybe knock on the door and see if they are there or if they could help. But as soon as I got that idea, I had this real intense feeling that that was the point of no return. Like if I bothered the wrong door, I'd get taken in and chopped up or something.
Ultimately I didn't even get out of my car, I just drove out and hoped that I didn't break down. The next day, I told about that place, and the people I told said that that place was a place of drug addicts and pedophiles. Many people went down to that area and never came back.
Then there were cases where I would play lotto and get a feeling that a certain ticket was a winner and pick that ticket and have it be a winner. There are other instances where I called based on my intuition and I was right.
So for me I'd say intuition. I guess it is better to use rationale but I have a screwed up rationale. Sort of like being blind, you'd have to develop your other senses.
