For neck and eye you cant try to roll your neck touching your shoulders at both the sides without lifting your shoulders this should relief your pain for neck where as eyes try to destress your eyes by covering your eyes with your palms and keeping them ioen inside just see that you vision only dark sight and no light entring through your fingers keep this for 15 seconds and then remove your eyes will feel fresh and pain might relief

for eyes you can rub the palm of your hand and just press the warmth generated from your palms on your closed eyes!!they relax the eye muscles!!plus you can roll your eyes round to loosen the muscles again!!!an for neck rotate it!!but if your neck stiff then go for up and down and side movemnet of neck!!

I have been to the gym to accompany my husband to lose his weight.I just ran slowly on the running machine. My husband did excercises following the trainer.
It is really good for health to go to gym or do some excercises.

Hi there,
Yes i go to gym. I do yoga exerseixes whenever i find time in the morning.
Well physical and mental fitness is very much required to survive the daily stress these days. I live a stressful life and the only place where i get some kind of peace is the Gym.
I started exersixing from a very young age say from 17 yrs old as i always wanted to compete. That is gone now, but i still want to stay silm and fit.
There are various Yoga asanas for neck pain and for eyes too. I believe both of this pain are caused becoz of sitting infront of computer for a long time.

Actually I just workout in our house and I have a machine to use. I don't like going walking b/c there are too many stray dogs around here. I don't go to gyms b/c most times it seems like it's all yuppies hanging out.
