Archie0 (3141) | 10 months ago | For neck and eye you cant try to roll your neck touching your shoulders at both the sides without lifting your shoulders this should relief your pain for neck where as eyes try to destress your eyes by covering your eyes with your palms and keeping them ioen inside just see that you vision only dark sight and no light entring through your fingers keep this for 15 seconds and then remove your eyes will feel fresh and pain might relief

2. punk_gal (679) | 10 months ago | for eyes you can rub the palm of your hand and just press the warmth generated from your palms on your closed eyes!!they relax the eye muscles!!plus you can roll your eyes round to loosen the muscles again!!!an for neck rotate it!!but if your neck stiff then go for up and down and side movemnet of neck!!
