What is your favourite chicken dish?

Here in the Philippines, we have our own chicken specialty and we call it chicken adobo. I am not sure if it's also famous in other countries, or it has another name. It's so easy to prepare and very affordable. The ingredients can be easily bought in your local markets. I also love to eat fried and roasted chicken.

I like chicken alfredo but I would have to say just plain ole fried chicken has to be the best dish. I love KFC fried chicken we only eat the dark meat though we have never cared for the dried out white meat.

Jerk Chicken, with some rice and peas and some salad or plantains. I absolutely love some good jerk chicken!! I can enjoy chicken in so many ways though. It is a very versatile meat. Fried, baked, broiled, boiled, stewed, jerked, stir fried, etc., chicken is good in sop many ways~

My favorite chicken dish is fried chicken. I want it deep fry. I want it crunchy to my tastebud. I also want it adobo style. This post really made me hungry. Got to have my breakfast, my stomach is complaining.

I love eating chicken too. Fried Chicken is my favorite (eg. KFC, Popeyes or just homemade) . But since I am watching my cholesterol levels, I stopped eating fried stuff. Now I just buy chicken tenders & white meat- mix them in pasta & salads with lotsa olive oil. I also love baking them with crusted oats and make them really crunchy. I also like boiling them with celery, carrots and herbs, shred its meat and throw it in soups.

Hi Archie0, I love fried chicken, but I don't cook this at home - my favorite is from KFC. I like baked chicken (marinated with curry powder) as well.

I am an Indian and as a normal Indian I love to eat chicken biryani... But I loke Tandoori as well....

Fried Chicken is the best! ^_~

nothing beats home made fried chicken. yum yum.
