United States TV on-line in Mexico

We want to watch TV on-line, but we live in Mexico and ABC, CBS, NBC, etc. respond with a message that TV On-line is only available in the United States. Also, we are going to Rio de Janeiro in July and want to watch our TV shows at night. Does anyone know how to get around this?
I am on a MacIntosh G4 laptop.
