I recently posted about my best friend & my excitement over her prgnancy.
She & her partner struggle for a few years trying to get pregnant and had given up hope when she fell pregnant. Nine months on & Baby Harry finally came into the world by emergency C section at 2142 hours on 28/2/2009 weighing 7lb1!!! x
I've got tears in my eyes just writing about it as I'm so pleased for her x
Mother & baby doing fine although Harry was initially on specialist unit for obs x
I can't explain how emotional I feel!!

Congratulations to your friend mrsl, and to you! I also have a friend who's just given birth after years of trying. It's very exciting and I'm sooo happy for her. 
Her little boy was also born by C section, and when I started reading your post I was wondering if it was maybe the same friend, lol! That would've been quite a coincidence!!! But her baby isn't called Harry, he's called Finlay. I hope that Harry continues to do well. I'm sure he'll bring them lots and lots of joy, especially as he has been longed for for such a long time. Best wishes.

I hope your friend is doing well with little Finlay x
I haven't met Harry yet but was working when he was born & in the same building but wasn't allowed in as it was too late x
But I've been getting regular updates from my friend her partner her mum her sister and via facebook!!
I'm bursting to see him ASAP!!

Thanks! I haven't met Finlay either as they live very far from here. I've also seen some photos on Facebook, and he looks so gorgeous! I'd love to be able to meet him one day. They're planning on moving back to London before too long, so I might see him when he's a bit bigger. But for now I'll have to make do with the photos.

Congratulations to your friend. I hope you get to hold Harry soon. If you think you are excited now just wait until you get to hold that special child in your arms. Please be sitting down when you hold him. I hope mother and child continue to do well.

Congratulations to your friend. She must be delighted to have been delighted to get pregnant after struggling to so so for a few years. It is excellent that her baby boy Harry has now been born and that he is doing well. It is such a shame that your friend had to have an emergency C section. I can understand how excited your are about the birth of your best friends baby.

She must be delighted to finally have a son after trying for so long.
