I own a prepaid connection and satisfied because on recharging the balance once a month , I can make calls all month but i don't make many call anyways ..I guess a postpaid is better for greater usage..What kind of connection do you own???Why is it better????

I have postpaid service through T-Mobile... I have their unlimited plan... It's physically impossible for my cell phone bill to be any higher than it's been only because I can't go over anything, being that it's "unlimited" everything... I have unlimited talk time regardless of whom I call, unlimited text messaging & emails & internet access... It works out great for me because I use my cell phone for pretty much everything...

well i use prepaid connection.. And i go in for a plan which gives me atleast one year validity. And i can recharge it as and when required which in India is called Top up card which gives u only money value but not validity of time. I use this kind of connection because it gives me power to control my expenditure because my Airtel connection after every call or SMS tells me how much this call costed me and how much i still have in balance. While in Post paid connections you only get to know only when you get the bill. And many a times the bills are inflated and if you want to change the service provider.. then post paid connection has lots of hassels and many a times you keep getting bills even after the connection has been disconnected.

I own a prepaid connection at the moment.. and im satisfied with it. even though on a postpaid you'll have your max limit of calls and sms.. you wouldn't still be able to budget your load like having a prepaid does :) Though, everything is up to the user on how he uses his phone.. for a non business type go for prepaid.. but for a personal one.. i think a prepaid connection would be wiser :)

for practical reasons prepaid is much better than post paid because you could actually control your expenses or usage in prepaid unlike postpaid.

Well, for me, postpaid connection is way better than prepaid.. i've tried using a prepaid connection before but it was indeed irritating as connection is very slow! yay!!! it will take you hours before you complete your online assignment, task, etc.. so if i were you, i'd shift to a postpaid connection.. the connection speed is amazing, things will get done in few minutes!

I used to own a prepaid SIM card but I found it to be quite a hassle. My balance would reach 0 really quickly and sometimes, when I need to make an important call or send an important text. I now have a postpaid line and I'm pretty happy with it. I try to budget my calls and texts so that I don't overspend and whenever I have to make an important call or send a text out, I don't have to worry.
