Which political party in India is clever and which one is simpleton?

Politics is a profession demanding competiveness in both party level and individual level. This is truer in case of India which is a multi party politics is in vogue than in the likes of USA where only two parties contest election. It is widely known that religion has played an important role in Indian politics.So, India is a pseudo secular democracy. In major part of her 60+ years of (so called)independent existence, India has been ruled by Congress. And hence it is easy to think that the credit for the progress that this country has achieved so far should go to Congress. Then it is also true for the regression that this society has suffered so far after independence- deep rooted corruption, communal hatred, terrorism etc. Now I wonder as an Indian, which one of the two major parties viz. COngress and BJP is clever and which one is simpleton. And i find that congress is the clever one and BJP is the simpleton. Because, while Congress is playing its political gameplan based on bias towards Muslims, it is still recognised as secular. On the other hand BJP itself is always demanding that it is for the hindus whereas it is doing nothing to harm the other religions and specifically favour the Hindus. We can assume in a drama one wicked person is playing the role of a saint and one saint is playing the role of dacoit.
