Do you like wearing full tights or stockings?

As a kid, I always yearned for the day I could wear nylons! Boy, that was reaching heaven for the day I could wear nylons with my dress shoes! Finally got to (instead of socks, knee socks being my favorite - I didn't have perfect legs!)
I got my first pair of nylons (with the garter belt where they hooked on! Not pantyhose - hadn't been invented yet or maybe mom just didn't know about it.) So here I am in 7th grade wearing this garter belt holding up my nylons - talk about uncomfortable, but I wore it cause I wanted the nylons!

Later as pantyhose came out... all was well with the world! I loved wearing colored pantyhose in high shool.. yeah, I was laughed at and not popular, but I still wore them. Later that came into style same as my wearing white knee high boots (the Nancy Sinatra style!) and was laughed at until the next year when many other girls wore them too!

Now, I am just on regular color or black or navy blue. I even wear them under my jeans as I wear dress shoes with everything. Pantyhose also cover a "multitude of sins" and make pants fit better!

My 2,1/2 year old grand daughter now loves tights but I called them nylons one day and now she calls tights "mylongs" and askes to wear a pair of mine cause she can see her toes with "mylongs" and she can't if she wears tights!

nope I wear Jeans all the time or shorts still have freedom of movement!

Stockings every time!
