Have you read Stephen Hawking

i found it profound that hawking knocks down the old views of "Intelligent Design". he (also einstein) believed that there are unified physical laws that govern the universe. but if they revoke intelligent design, why speak of god ever so often? it's because they use the term god to denote the physical laws of the universe and not a supernatural being.

Found a breif history of time quite difficult to read. i much prefered The elegant universe my Richard Green. Covers similar ground but much better written in my opinion.
