What is your house decorated in?  

I don't have a flowing theme through my house.. each room has its own look. But, in a couple weeks it will look like Christmas in every room. I really enjoy this time of year. Have a wonderful Sunday!!

My taste in home decor is very ethnic Indian. I prefer a lot of wood and warm colours. You will find a lot of terracotta, cane, jute and wood in my house. My dream house which I hope to build one day will have a nice quaint yard full of greenery, earthen flooring, lots of woodwork, plenty of books and plenty of earthenware.

Each room in my house has a different theme, all though all the rooms carry some bit of a nature theme. The den is decorated in travel theme, but I bring in the nature bit with various things I have collected on my travels, gourds made into musical instruments, rocks and stones I've collected in various places, shells from tropical beaches where I've lived, stuff like that. My bathroom is probably my fave room, because mine is decorated in frog theme, while my husband's is a nautical beach theme.
