 Well is it pro choice, pro life or pro abortion. First of all let me state I am not a support of Obama, neither would I support abortion. However there was a lot of discussion about Obama lately I thought it would be good for people to listen to another point of view.

Fair to both sexes, I do not understand what people could related this to anti life? Tell me is a life of a girl less that that of a boy? I have a little girl, I hate to see that by the time she grows up this backward thinking is still debating point. I guess he is just blame because it was talking about it on planned parenthood.

many things have happened since 1939. Things have change. I am applauded at the so called investigation work. It was just a view of one tele personnel and not the organization. In 1939 world war two just started, now we are have move away from that. Please investigation goes deeper. if you want to be responsible, do not just take one event and make it to a woeful truth.

When we were dating I ask my wife about this and this is something we have come to and agree about. I would not have gone into a relationship with someone who does not share the same core values. At least I would not able to live with it.

2.  cableman67 (381) | 10 months ago |  I agree with you about both issues. I don't like Obama and I don't support abortion although I think ultimately the decision should be up to the mother especially in cases of medical problems and rape.
I tend to take the conservative side but I must look at each issue by itself. I don't like Obama but he's what we got and I really don't think the president makes as much of a difference as people believe. Congress and legislation is where the issues are really addressed. Big business and industry are what really move the laws behind the curtains of government and government is where all the power is. Government controls making the law as well as enforcing it and if you don't have any power over the government to influence it's decisions then you don't have real freedom because you will be dictated what to do or not to do by the majority not what your own individual morals tell you.

I think there is a lot of anti government sentiments, I do not know. While I do not like my government, however they are very stable. look at countries like Japan where the government changes every 2 years. | |

I tend to get carried away sometimes because I have a tendency to feel that only the rich and powerful have the ability to make and change laws and that the common man and woman are helpless, and what I tend to forget is that a lot of the other countries have a totally different structure of government that is nowhere near as good as our system.
We do live in a very rich and abundant culture compared to the rest of the globe and because we are separated from the poverty and war and suffering we tend to ignore and/or forget it or sometimes not even be aware of it. | |
