How often do you drink milk in a day?Powder Milk or Cow Milk?  | |  i drink only once in a day when am going to bed at night. I usually drink powdered milk but i came to here that cow milk is good than powdered milk. What do you thing is right?

I dont drink powdered milk although i do use it in my cooking. I drink 1 percent cows milk. Sometimes when i can afford it i drink soy milk. I like the taste of it and it is healthy for you>
