Good healthy eating.

When you prepare a meal do you think theres iron in that food,vitamins in that,or protein and carbs in that.Or do you just get stuff out and cook it.Or is it second nature to you,always buying a healthy basket anyway so what ever you prepare it is healthy,or do you eat to live or live to eat.As long as you stop your hunger you are happy.

I usually cook it without thinking of the how much vitamins and minerals the food contains. But when I buy the food especially if it is processed, I sometimes do check the label, but not much often, that only happens when I have time.

bno, i don't ever think about vitamins & all that. i think about what is fattening. i guess i just cook but i do try to cook healthy.

I wonder who will have time to really pencil out this information. I think that during the days we all just eat all of these nutrients in what we partake in. To really wonder if this will in the pot for dinner will make parents will go over the roof with all what is happening here where prices are concern.
