Is there any other way to verify on Paypal?

If you dont have a credit card u will have to continue as an unverified member and use your bank account to transfer your funds from paypal

i am from india and i understand ur problem completely

i was under the same problem and wanted to verify myself on paypal cause i had like 220$ and un-verified member can spend all time 100$ at max

so i was in real problem lol cause i was seeing my money going to waste

just to try i did what was inserted my father's credit card in it since i didnt have one
they charged it and in the monthly statement i got the code which when on entering in the paypal's site got my money refunded there
but instead of account gets verified my account got blocked saying that ur credit card has some problems

i was sad that now i cant even use upto 100$ and left the account like that for like 1 month
after that i just thought of opening it
and went to resolution section
they had asked to upload address proof
i thought well it nvr hurts to try and i uploaded my electric bill
guess what my account got verified and unblocked after 2 days
i was so happy

so i came to a conclusion that u can verify ur account by adding any1's credit card and ur address proof

still its not a guarentee but i think it should work
