Probably because milk does not allow the iron in eggs to be absorbed by the body. That is the reason for greens not to be taken with milk or yoghurt as well. There may be other things that it binds as well but I dont know very well. I heard from a nutritionist that taking milk and honey is also not good. Because something in the honey binds the nutritive value of the milk, so you dont get the benefit of the milk then.

Eggs can be eaten with milk, but it can't be eaten with soybean , rabbit meat amd white sugar. Soybean includes one special material named trypsin, if you eating eggs with soybean, this trypsin will combained with egg loose protein in the egg white, both of them will loss nutrient content. This eating habit is not good for the health. Happy mylotting!

Eggs and milk are a part of our daily diet for breakfast. I dont know how you came about this. in fact, when we make scrambled eggs, we put in a little milk for consistency. We make custard with milk and eggs combination, so I dont think there is any problem. We have been having it for ages so realax and enjoy.
