should one must be arrogant or aggressive in order to reach success???

Arrogance might not be necessary for the success , but aggressiveness is needed in the approach , focus and determination is a must. Success is a journey and at different stages of the journey you will come across people who wants your help , your suggestions your time, who wants to follow your foot steps. One has to respect them and being nice than arrogant take you a long way and that success would be more full filling.

Aggressive, yes. Arrogant, no. I believe that successful people are aggressive because they usually take the initiative to do what is needed to be successful. They don't wait for things to happen rather they make things happen.

Well, I don't know if you have to hurt someone's feelings but you know what they say; nice guys finish last. I have found that to be real true my whole life. If you make it easy for people to use you or step on you, I think most will. But you knw what? I can't change who I am. I don't like hurting people's feelings or stepping on them and I won't.

It's crazy isn't it? you would think it should be the other way around. If you are nice to people, care about their feelings, those are the people that should be trated with respect. But as my girlfriend once said, isn't it sad that when you do things out of love and you're looked upon as weak? I hope I can be successful because I just got a position in phone sales.
