As I rearranged my living room Sunday and set up a small bookshelf I decided it was the spot for 2 of my ivy plants. These ivies I've had for many many years. As this photo shows they extend up and over the curtain rod twice each. The opne of the left in the photo wrapped around the curtain rod almost 3 times as well. All told they stretch to 35 to 40 feet total. They stretch from the window all the way across my long and narrow living room. I think this is very long yet beautiful when a deep green as they are right now. What is the longest ivy in your house right now?

I don't have any ivy in my house or outside for that matter. I am not sure what killed my ivy that I had outside. I used to have one many years ago that was my mother's and it had a very very long runner but never measured it. Your ivy is really long and pretty.

I move these 2 plants around a lot. They are so long. I love them but they can get in the way quite often. Where they are now works fine. Will see what happens when the warmer weather gets here and see how much sun they get and how they grow then.

Looks like a pothos... I have a variegated one that I cut down and put the bits in a vase of water, so it's not too gangly.

Hi Grandpa Bob! Wow, that is really long! I really am not sure how long our ivy plants are but they are really old at this time already since the branches are kinda thick. They already have covered all our concrete fence that goes around the house.
Take care and have a great day!
