How long has myLot been around and how long do you think it will last?

Honestly, I haven't seen many sites last long, only a couple have lasted years including myLot. But I don't know exactly how long myLot has been online. I've been here for about 3 years now. Haven't been extremely active and regret it, so I'm now trying to make up for lost time. So that being said, how much longer do you think it will last? We don't know for sure how many users are active, if they deleted the inactives, say ones that haven't logged in in about 6 months, do you think that would drop the member base by much? Do you think the site would last longer if there wasn't such a large member base? I welcome all answers to these questions.

I am honestly not sure how long Mylot has been around, but it seems like it has been quite awhile compared to a lot of other online earning sites. I have been here for about two years, and I have never had any problems with mylot, so I am definitely a faithful user of the site! It seems like mylot has always been really reliable, so it seems to me like they will probably be around for a long time (at least I hope!). I think the member base probably would drop quite a bit if they were to get rid of all the inactive users. I have a feeling that there are quite a few members here who joined and then just stopped posting without closing out their accounts. I'm not sure how much that would affect our earning potential, though. That is a good question!

There was a discussion a year ago by a member of the myLot staff called 'Crash'. At #91 he answers your question: http://www.mylot.com/w/discussions/1402356.aspx?p=10
