have u ever wanted to quit barbecue?  | |  the food of barbecue tastes so very delicious that many ppl almost eat it everyday,with the barbecue party or restaurant we enjoy a colorful life,but do u think u should have it too much cuz it is a kinda bad for our health.especially the cooking method makes it harmful not to say the loss of nutrition.so do u think we should decide to quit it?or we just have to enjoy it cuz of the taste is so good?i am very keen on the food of barbecue but i do not have it very much since i am not sure taste is more important than a healthy body.

We get to about once a week, only 3 months (if we're lucky) of the year. I'm not worried about the nutrition loss!
