When I was a child,my mom told me early to bed and early to rise is good for health.I really believe it.And every morning I rise early and do some exercises,I feel cheering up in the whole day.Would you agree on that?Please sharing with me.Good luck and happy mylotting.

Yes,I believe I have heard someone told me that!And when I was younger,my mom woke us up very early in the morning to exercise. Now that we're older,she wakes us up to bring her to the market. lol

Hi there Candy!
You're right. I really feel much better when I have enough rest by sleeping and waking up early. It's still different even if you get the same amount of sleep in other time such as from morning til the afternoon. If I sleep like that, I usually wake up feeling tired and still sleepy and do not feel energized at all.

Every night, i dont go and watch late shows and movies anymore, i just drink milk, stretch a bit and go to bed, sometimes i will take a warm bath and its so effective. Trust me, it will really make you feel so good.

I agree with your Mom. I used to sleep late and stay up late but not anymore. I go to bed around 9:00 or 10:00 and get up around 6:30. The morning is my favorite time, I like to get up and have coffee, straighten up the house quickly and go for a walk on the beach. That is the closest thing that I can do to exercises first thing in the morning. I think it is a natural and healthy way to live.

Yes,that's an old saying:early to bed and early to rise, made man healthy,wealthy and wise. I believe it. Early to rise every day. When i was a student, i got up so early every day, and ran and did exercises, after that i feel i have power all the day. Now i tell my son this old saying, i hope he could form this good habit. happy mylottin.

Yes early bed and early wakeup is very very good for health.
If you early bed you get enough sleep which our body require.
If you early rise you will always breath good air.
Early rise will always make good health and good mood.
If you early bed automatically rise bed early and your day will go very good and smooth.
