Telecommuting jobs

I am pregnant and had to stop working because I was no longer able to successfully do the requirements of my last job. I have been searching the internet about telecommuting jobs and I have to say all I've found are scams. Are there any legit jobs and if so WHERE ARE THEY!!!!!!!!!! Any help is welcome...
