Do you eat spinach?  

Yes,i do.I eat spinach often because it take many vitamins and it is good to my health.That is my mather tell me,she said if I eat more spinach,i can grow quickly and tall.So i eat spinach as more as possible.I know my mom just want me to be health.

I hate spinach. However, I absolutely love baby spinach! Baby spinach just taste so nice and delicious, and it's still a healthy vegetable!
I just can't stand the real spinach.

yeah baby ur mom is absolutely right that spinach is very good for health ,i dont like the spinach much but still i eatr lot of it as i wanna be healthy.

yes i love spinach too. during the toodler years of my children i told them that was the veggie popeye eats that makes him strong. and they eat it. i even love to order spinach lasagna on italian restaurant. but this is the first time i heard of frying. i will try that and put tempura batter on the leaves before frying. thanks for a healthy info.

Some said spinach in Tagalog is "alugbati" and some said it's "kangkong", but I really thought it was "kulitis".

Well, if it's alugbati, kangkong or kulitis, I have already tasted and eaten spinach. I like alugbati and kulitis a lot specially in broth while kangkong can also be done like adobo.

I am not very happy with spinach a sa vegeteble by itself but I know we should eat it as it does us a lot of good. I use it together with cream cheese and make fillings for ravioli. I also added it to several soups that I make at home and I do a quiche with a filling of spinach, cream cheese and bechemel which is nice and refreshing cold in the summer too.

I love spinach. There are many ways to use it in cooking and goes great in a salad. Just wash and rinse the leaves, add slices of red onion, halved, fresh mushrooms sliced and serve with Italian dressing. Often people will add a hard boiled egg sliced.
I enjoy spinach steamed, just the way it is.
Also in little Greek pies. There are many different recipes online for this and different variations. Filo pastry isn't always necessary. A regular pie crust will also do.
I enjoy Spinach on pizza with onions and feta cheese. Delicious!
Another way I enjoy to use Spinach is in Spinach balls, mixed with egg, bread crumbs and grated cheese. Form balls and cook on a cookie sheet in the over. Again recipes can be found online.

Yup, we do. I either cook it in soup, with anchovies/meat and chopped garlic, or stirfried with garlic.

before you cook it ,you must scald it with hot water.
