george bush and crimes againist humanity or not ??  

the minute we can terminate the lives of all those terrorist we saved from the battlefiled who obama wants to free as they say they had ties to 9/11. The only war crime bush commited was not taking the hostages in the first place. They should have never left iraq.

Well I don't know about crimes against humanity, I think he did a lot of good things for other nations. It's crimes against our constitution that got me boiling, there are plenty of those and he wasn't alone in most of them. Constitutional crimes like TARP, the patriot act, real id, blackmailing and bribing states with our won money, border patrol checkpoints in the middle of soviergn states, FISA, cripe I could go on. All the crimes I listed, are still happening, so the new administration is just as guilty as the last one too.

Well I am in the UK and this idiots face keeps appearing in the papers but then of course he has to claim something - he wants a reason not to look for a legitimate job but instead draw all the money he can from the British Treasury. George Bush like others before him wanted to protect our country from such people as this - hence Guantanmo and now this former prisoner comes out with all his garbage. He wouldn't have been in Guantanmo if he had stayed in England worked at a legitimate job and kepi his nose clean. He trained with terrorist groups - associated with people who treatened terrorism and now is here in England living like a king out of the taxpayers pockets. I don' believe in the death penalty but my husband gets very radical - he says the only mistake George Bush and America made where these people are concerned was by bringing them to Guantamo in the first place - he says - and he means it - they should have lined them up against a wall when they found them and shot them. He might be right.

Crimes against Humanity, huh? Torture, huh?

These are words that have generally accepted meanings. Crimes-Humanity-Torture ... so what if I were to skew the generally accepted acknowledgement of the meanings of those words to fit my 'agenda'? I'd say that anyone can play that game, now can't they?

Torture is defined by the American College dictionary (p. 1279) as:

"Act of inflicting excrutiating pain, esp. from sheer cruelty or in hatred, revenge, or the like. 2. A method of inflicting such pain. 3. the pain or suffering caused or undergone. 4. Extreme anguish of body or mind. 5. a cause of severe pain or anguish, 7. to afflict with severe some unnatural position or form."

OK, so I'm going on record as declaring that Team Obama are guilty of "crimes against Humanity" because of the pain and anguish that I, and millions of other Americans are suffering as a result of the loss of $11 Trillion or 18% of our real wealth, 40% of America's retirement savings and the devastation that will cause down the line, the Stimulus spending, the Omnibus spending bill, the new budget and all of the extra taxes that I, and my grandson, nieces and nephews will have to pay. I purport that Team Obama's recovery (spendingfest) plan is an act of torture intentionally inflicted upon the citizens of America. Team Obama has caused us "extreme anguish to both body and mind", as Americans have committed suicide since Obama's election, they are extraordinarily stressed, and we all know that stress is the precursor to disease. We are suffering both mentally and physically.

What's the difference between what I have just done, and what the liberals in DC are doing?

There is no difference. Though, this is not the first time the certain residents of DC have spent an inordinate amount of time playing the game of "semantics". Nor will it be the last. In fact, the latest is Team Obama's monumental waste of time redefining the term applied to the residents of Gitmo. Now they will be called "detainees", whereas under Bush they were referred to as "enemy combatant detainees". What's the difference? Not a darned thing, except for what they will now be called.

Oh wait, there is one difference. Bush caused pain and anguish to a few hundred bottom-sucking slime, the lowest of the low, those who would strap bombs on to mentally handicapped women and detonate them a public venue, who put everything on the line to kill American military personell and innocent civilians. Obama, on the other hand is inflicting pain and anguish upon innocent, law abiding, decent taxpayers. Who's really deserving of punishment?
