george bush and crimes againist humanity or not ??

ok guys am not that political but heard this on yesterdays news and thought lets see what the world views are on it.
One of the british muslims who was held in guantanimo bay (however you spell it),
he has been calling on president bush to be tried for crimes againist humanity for alleged torture and going againist human rights.
What do you think, do you think there is a case to be answered or not, am really interested to find out peoples views on this, I personally dont really have any opinion on this, but lets see what you mylotters think.

Well I don't know about crimes against humanity, I think he did a lot of good things for other nations. It's crimes against our constitution that got me boiling, there are plenty of those and he wasn't alone in most of them. Constitutional crimes like TARP, the patriot act, real id, blackmailing and bribing states with our won money, border patrol checkpoints in the middle of soviergn states, FISA, cripe I could go on. All the crimes I listed, are still happening, so the new administration is just as guilty as the last one too.

the minute we can terminate the lives of all those terrorist we saved from the battlefiled who obama wants to free as they say they had ties to 9/11. The only war crime bush commited was not taking the hostages in the first place. They should have never left iraq.
