when you are down... ...

whenever you feel down or depressed you can always change your mood. Definitely there is a reason why you feel that way, you must know it. Then think about it, is it really worth it ruining your whole day or making the rest of the day really bad. You have a choice to ignore that reason and just be happy or make the rest of the day ok. It's not worth it to focus on your depression especially when the reason is out of your control. Just let it go and live the rest of the day feeling well. It's all on how you see things, yep it's hard to to - it took me sometime to do it.

Well, good to c you again. when I am down, i usually, cant stay alone, i really have to go out, b wid frendz, or family, and keep myself busy, If not I am all in tears.

Here I want to share same experiences around me with you,I have a friend,he is seems a very worry-free man,and his only pursuit is surfing the internet,I think the people who spend the majority of their leisure time on the other things other than study like him is too foolish,because they are wasting their limited life!
I have some advices for you,firstly you should set a career plan,it is very crucial,only when you have a dream,can you feel your heart is burning for the longing for fulfilling the dream . Furthermore you should have a solid brief which can provide you with endless driving force .All in all if you have both of the assets mentioned before,you can master your own happiness and life!

You need to find things that make you happy. Do you like to read? to paint, to go outside to the beach, walk in the park meet at the restaurant with friends, do the things you like to do my friend.
