Did you ever attend inspirational class session?

Some people would faithfully attend those inspirational class session, listen to director to guide their inner soul to become a better man. They claimed that they have their eyes wide open, or become braver in treating their social life. Is that much helpful? I never attend one, but I watch one from Youtube, pretty interesting, and encouraging. I guess, we fall sometimes in life, and we learn to get up sometimes. Open up yourself for new opportunities.
