Friends,can any one say the names of banks through which the paypal pays?

I think you are from India. I am using SBI bank to withdraw money from paypal to the bank. Some of my friends are using HDFC bank. I think there are no restrictions for withdrawing money from the bank and most banks do accept transfer from paypal.

I don't think PayPal has any restrictions. You should be able to withdraw your money from your PayPal account to any bank account, as long as the account is in your name and you have the correct routing and account numbers entered in PayPal. I switched banks a few months ago, and I didn't have any problems setting up my PayPal account to use my new account instead of the old one.
