He suddenly stop my site. What should I do now?

From viewing the website, I see that the option for payment is either PayPal or Alertpay.

The Terms of Service state, and I quote "All Payments To the Hosting site Are Non-Refundable With the Excepetion of the 1st payment, which carries a 15-Day money back guarantee*

So, if that was your first ever payment to PTC hosting and 15 days have not gone by yet, then ask for a refund if you are not happy with the service.

If PTC Hosting doesn't grant you your money back, then demand that you get what you paid for.

I don't understand how PTC hosting is with holding your password to access your account.

Also, you can reset your password should you have forgotten it from when you created your account.

Enter the username you created when you made your account, along with the email address you used when making an account at this web site.
I am sure that they will send you the required information to reset your password.


If you are still having trouble with your password, you must kindly write to support and advise them of the problem so that you may gain rightful access to your account.


Since this is a hosting company, I am not so sure that they can help you with building your web site. You would usually need to independently employ a designer for that.

Failing that, you could try to lodge a complaint with the payment processor that you used to pay the $99.
Make your complaint in writing, keep a copy for yourself and write in point form. Keep it short and to the point.

The only other option, if it is past the 15 day grace period is to kiss your $99 good bye and chalk it up as experience.

I can not see why you can not gain access to your account. It is as easy as resetting your password. You have paid your money so I am sure you have access with the correct log in information.

Also you should already have your password, so to host your site that you will need to create, on their servers.
If you have purchased a hosting program from PTC Hosting, you should have made a password when you created an account with them, before you sent your $99 dollars.

Are you sure that you are talking with the right person, that is actually part of PTC Hosting?

There is a box on the left with a loink that says Client Info. Would that not give you some information required to gain your password so to access your account?
