Who is your crush among the members of the carpenters?  

All members of the carpenters are my crush or it is better to say that they are idle. Yah, I enjoy so much when they were singing on stage especially the songs which are my favorites.

Geez! That is sooo hard since there are only TWO of them!

I love Karen Carpenter because she has such a distinctive voice. I can actually imitate her sometimes but there's no one else quite like her. My mom loves her as well and even planned to name me after her. Well, in the end, my dad decided to give me another name. A few years after I was born, Karen Carpenter died of complications from her Anorexia Nervosa. Even after she died, her songs lived on, like this one:

As for Richard, well, he's the real genius behind the music. He wrote most of their songs and their music was so unique and they have a distinctive style that is solely theirs. Even after Karen died, he continued to write songs such as "Calling Your Name Again" which he sang himself, and "Something in Your Eyes" which was interpreted by Dusty Springfield.
