For expecting mothers, Do you get really bad leg cramps during your pregnancy?  | |  I do. I have been getting really bad leg cramps. They feel tired and aching. My husband gives me a message but they still hurt really bad. I was wondering if anyone else has the same problem and can give me ideas on why they hurt and what I can do to help with them! Thanks;-)

I do remember getting leg cramps, mostly in the middle of the night! I don't remember what I was told, but it may be a lack of calcium. And I am just guessing at that. I hope you don't get anymore of them. Best wishes!

| | 2.  maximax8 (10583) | 10 months ago |  I am currently 26 weeks pregnant and do have some problems that bother me but leg cramp is not one of them. I did get leg cramp a lot when I was pregnant with my son who is now a toddler. I could get awful leg cramp and found that moving my leg helped. I used to rub my leg where the cramp got me. Usually it was in my foot so I pushed it up and down on the floor. I am not sure why leg cramp occurs in some pregnancies. Good luck.
