make sure that the presentation is well made? For your power point presentation, do you still put the effects or change layout and font colors/size? Just want to know if some are as obsessive about this as myself. LOL.

I usually just throw it together last second, and hope its good enough. I'm a very lazy student, though~ Procrastination is basically a hobby of mine, haha. Thats not very good, though, of course. My big final projects I make sure to start early, because those are worth too much to just do as quickly as possible! Wanting to spend more time relaxing isn't worth failing...

I am not as lazy as you are. LOL. Though, I am not the type who would allot a whole bunch of time doing these kinds of stuff. I just want to make sure that everything is in order.

Being well-prepared is a requirement in a presentation. The paper itself should be accurate, precise, concise, and substantive. The powerpoint presentation should complement the paper - not giving every detail, it should be limited to six lines per slide, bullet points are encouraged to avoid long paragraphs, and should give way to stronger talking and discussion points for the presenter. Powerpoint effects should also match the topic and the background of the slides, the focus is on learning what the topic/subject is all about, and not how many movements your presentation is. The challenge is knowing how your materials complement one another, the answer is - practice the presentation beforehand. This gives opportunity to improve the overall effectiveness of the the material and the presentation. Good day!
