Is site designing really tough?  

hey friend it has so many limitations.
i am asking that if you know html, css, php and mysql or many more web designing languages then making a site is not tough.
although making a secure site and giving professional look is bit tough but for that CMS is there which means content management system.
There are so many free webhosting sites which will host your domain name where you can put ur pages which you wish to display over internet.

I am using drupal (CMS- just google for it). Its full featured and very popular PHP based framework for making good looking websites in few hours.

its again based on wordpress . If already so many softwares are there for making such a nice site then one should use it i guess.

You are right at your every words. see versions of every software and programming laguages rules are getting changes time to time so you have to be uptodate in that sense also. If you want your themes and you want to make website such that it would the same what you wish to do then you have to be very good coder and it will take long time to make bug free site.
BUt due to CMS or blogging software without any difficulties you can concentrate on the content and you can try to make your site more interactive and popular by working on contents instead of working on themes , templates etc.

see that wil help you in making static website only rest is on your dynamic knoledge i mean php,mysql, oracle etc......even if you think you are good at css and html then you will surely feel that oh one has to learn a lot yet....still i m learning one or more techniques in css most of the time when i do mistakes.........so keep learning check mah site then
