My family live in a bungalow. In fact it's a wooden Japanese-style house which are very rare in Beijing these days.My house has five rooms-two upstairs and three downstairs.
My two children have a room each,my wife and i share a room, and then we have a living room and dining room.
From the windows of my house we can see a small stream with willows on the banks. It's beautiful scenery.

We live in a lift flat. It has only two rooms, one for my parents in-law, and the other for my husband, my baby and me.
I plan to buy a bigger house, at least with three rooms. So my baby can have his own room. When he grows up, it is requisite.
But I don't know when is the appropriate time to buy it. I don't know whether the price of house will decrease.

My parents had a building made. We occupy a big chunk of the 2nd and 3rd floors. We have 3 1 bedroom units for rent and 2 2 bedroom units rented out. It's a steady income for my parents who are already both senior citizens. One tenant has been with us ever since we started. he place we occupy have 4 rooms. 3 upstairs and 1 near the kitchen for the nanny of my toddler.
