Do your wear your wedding ring every day

When my husband and I first got married we could not affort a ring. As time went on we got out of debt and then the ring came. I picked out a lovely ring and band set that was set in dimonds. The set is very lovely. I wore it every day for fifteen years of our marriage. I loved the set and even wore it to work when every one said I should not. I got the same lecture about wearing my rings to work. My mother used to tell me that I could damage the set or even have it stolen from my hand. As I like my ring set very much they would have to pry it from my hand because that is one ring I will not give us easy.

About five years ago the arthritis in my hands made it hard for me to wear any rings at all. I am very sad and upset that I can not wear my wedding set. However, my husband is very understanding and he is not upset that I can not wear the rings. I will never get rid of them though. I think they will be lovely to give to my daughter when she wants to get married.

Then about a year ago my husband broke his finger and now he can not wear his wedding band either. I am not up set over that either. Things happen that we can not control.

The rings are in a box being kept safe and clean for the day my daughter may want them.

I'm not married, but if I am, I will wear my wedding ring everyday. I had an engagement ring before from my ex, and I wore it everyday for 3 years while we were together.

I am not married yet, but I do have an engagement ring. I definitely wear it every day! I've had it for almost a year and a half now, so if I don't have it on I feel lost without it. Once we are married, my fiancee and I both plan on wearing our wedding bands at all times.

When I still have my ring, I always wear it, but for years now, I have lost it, coz I went to the comfort room and washed the dishes, and I didn't notice that I haven't worn it after that, I just realized only the next day, and when I looked for it, I never found it again. When my husband knew about it, he was disappointed and he didn't wear his ring, too coz he tells me, his ring's partner was lost. He just told me that we have to have new wedding rings, but til now we weren't able to put some attention to it, so we don't have our wedding rings til now.

i do, i wear my ring everyday and i never and don't intend to take it off, unless someone wants to take a closer look on it, i think wearing my ring shows how proud i am to be married, not only the marriage itself but of the person i am married to. and even before we were married, my husband and i, wore silver rings as a couple. showing everyone else that were ALREADY TAKEN. Me and my husband always wear our wedding rings. I actually would be pretty mad if my husband didnt wear it. He has actually never taken it off for as long as we are married which is 6 years. I only take my ring off while I am sleeping. I do know alot of people especially men that dont wear it mainly because they work with there hands and dont want to damage the ring. But if they go out they will put there ring on

I have started to wear my wedding ring before I got married when my boyfriend sent the ring to me. I didn't request another ring when I went into the house of god. So for me, the wedding ring I have weared about 3+ years, though it is not good and expensive, but it is my lover. I also already have the habit to wear it, I will feel uncomfortable just like losing some thing without it.

I wear my wedding ring everyday and I hardly take it off, even when I'm doing household chores. It may seem silly, but I like the constant feel of it, it's like I'm with my husband all the time. My husband wears his all the time too. Both of our rings are showing minor scratches,and we've been married for less than a year!

dear mjanne,maybe your husband is right as a man. but I will wear wedding ring after marriage because it will remind me of my beloved wife as I note the ring.

I'm not married now,I think I won't wear my wedding ring everyday,because I feel uncomfortable when doing anything.My colleagues don't wear it,too.Maybe It's lost,just a joke.
