Do we need to go to a private schools in order to have a good education?

I have studied in an all girls private school all my life. READ: From prep to college and I can say there is a difference between studying in a private school and a public one. HOWEVER, that doesn't mean that those who study in public schools will not do well and make it well in life. There have been Presidents of countries who came from poor families and have only studied in public schools.

I've heard of stories of some schoolmates of mine whose lives have gone down the drain....

Determination and perseverance is the key to be successful in life.

There are a lot of good reasons why private schools can give better education compared to public schools. Number is the facility or environment. Private schools have better facilities. The environment is conducive for learning, there are just enough students in one class, they are either aircon or with electric fans, they have books and the teachers are supposed to be regularly checked and trained. It is the opposite with public schools.
