What is a good job?

Everybody dreams of having a hood job. What is exactly a good job? Is it about having high salary, generous packages, medical and insurance benefits? Is it about having long paid holidays and short working hours? Is a good job means doing nothing yet earning? Does it mean having a kind, considerate and fair boss, nice and friendly colleagues? Is it about having nice pantries, cozy lounges, being in an office at a tall building with security. Is it about getting promotion or trainings on a regular basis? A good job for me is having security of tenure, getting paid a high salary, not having stress from work, boss or colleagues, and having a chance to move up the corporate ladder. What about you? What is a good job for you?

I think good job is depend on the person. It will depend on what kind of job he or she will like. For me, good job is not just like having high salary because I think I can say that I already have a good job if my job don't give bad effects to others and If I love my job and I feel contented on it. The more important in having our job is we don't feel bored on it and if we don't get any stress from that job because we cannot work hard if we don't love our job.

a good job for me is a job where you don't feel like you are working.a good job is working with something you love.a good job is having a good time.a good job is something that makes you happy.I believe that when you are working for something you love,everything falls into place.good health,high salary,happy clients and co-workers will fall in its place.

My dream work is of course a high paid one with stress but not too much, and I don't care about holidays and working hours, maybe I am a ergasiomania, I admit. Just like me right now, after work, I'd like to spend 2 or 3 hours on mylot. And generous medical and insurance benefits will be better, I am young and I should work hard for better future.
