there are some people i swear need them to survive or something since i know a few that think that the government is doing this and that an out to get them ALL THE TIME!! i mean yeah sure the government doesnt tell us everything and does stuff we dont like etc but im sure that not every conspiracy theory that is floating around on the internet or stupid newsletters or shows are not ALL true!! do some people NEED to believe the government is out to get them to feel special or make their boring lives livable or something?? im not talking about people that like to watch tv shows about conspiracy and read about theories for fun but people that seriously are stock piling weapons and convinced that the government is watching them through the tv type thing..
i dont get it.. but maybe its because i acknowledge danger or possibility of anything but dont let it stop me from enjoying life.. i dont know.. i rather be this way that scared of everything around me.. ok rant over.. lol.. what is your opinion?

Conspiracy theories are created to make the life interesting. It is like a detective novel. If someone comes out with a theory to disapprove a thing you have believed for a long time it comes as a shock and you begin to show interest on what that man got to say.
They add spice to the life.

HAHAHAH this so reminded me. I know someone who thinks thoes whole new dtv or hd tv thing with the cable cpmpanys is just "another way" for them to spy on your life.... I guess he figures that theres a camera in every tv??.. hahah I have no idea but yea.lol
I know what you mean. My mother is one of them.. I Mean she isnt like on it everyday or talking about it everyday but once its brought up its all over with her... she beleives thoes internet ones and newsletters... she thinks yes the government started 911 and it started wiiiith bush senior or somthing i have no freaking clue... I dont pay attention to all that, that is not a provn fact. but what is proven is our military is in a war that seems as if its never ganna end..
thats reality...
It even upset and bothers me somtimes when she start talking about it... ugh LMAO *rolls eyes* she got this idea from some short change website some documentary put together... so yes i di know what u mean haha

i grew up with my dad like that.. he taped up the cable box because he thought they were watching him in the 80's!! he was convinced the government was going to use the army to round up all christians and haul them to concentration camps and that every president was the antichrist etc etc.. its crazy!

I like a little conspiracy theory sometimes and some of these theories are quite plausible although I do not accept them hook line and sinker. It is good entertainment though. Cheers!!

as long as you know the difference between entertainment and reality then your ok.. but when you start expecting the government people to start pounding down your door and haul you away for no reason and freak out at everything is when i think its unhealthy

I contribute to a number of conspiracy, or maybe the more acurate term is real truth blogs. It's important for there to be transparency in goverment after all we elected these people. Now I dont belive we have the right to know the intricate workings of a nuclear missle, However I do belive we have the right to know the real agenda of the people who can launch them. as for stockpilling weapons and wearing foil hats, there are some cuckoofarians out there for sure. But I think for the most part real conspiracy theorist are educated people trying to seek the truth. Ty for opening this disscusion.
