Election Commission is ready to take action in any violation..

The Election Commission has ordered the Andhra Pradesh government to remove the Director General of Police Shyam Sundar Prasad Yadav due to Taking stringent action for the violation of the model code of conduct.This incident never happen in Andhra Pradesh.I think Election Commission take right steps for all of us to do the election fairly.Are you agree with me..??

Well thats a nice to hear, but it need to be implemented strictly irrespective of whichever party do misleading and punishments has to be strict

Election Commission is the best institution in India to make the democracy viable here. The action that you are referring is in right direction and a police officer of DGP level should follow probity in his professional life...But this is not happening due to the posting policy of governments......
In the last election in Punjab, the EC had also removed the DGP of Punjab.
The EC is there for us. Though it was in news recently for all bad reasons hope it will work as expected from the constitution. After mid April there will be Navin Chawala as the next CEC, the man who killed, yes killed, Muslims in Delhi....if you know the Tughlaq Gate case.......Any way hope he will follow the policy of his predecessor.....
