| |  Try booting into safe mode by pressing F8 when you boot. When you login as safe mode, click start then run. Type in CMD and a Command prompt window should open. type in net user (username) *. It should now say Type in a new password. Type in a new password and press enter. now you should be able to log in with the password you specified.
