Does anyone know what the requirements are to get into House Sitting?

I saw a tidbit mentioned about people who do House sitting as a job and career... I am not able to do much right now.. But I think as soon as my foot and Ankle heal up I maybe able to handle house sitting! ... If I can get any transportation. I do love looking at houses... I do not smoke or drink and I do clean up after myself... I am also good with dogs and cats, and have a green thumb... So it looks like it might be a perfect job for me.. But I am not sure how to get started... are there any experienced house sitters around to give tips to newbies? - DNatureofDTrain
