|  we all know that these two kinds of food are very delicious and healthy.. for me sushi is the best.. i dont hate italian foods but when choosing between the two.. i prepare sushi.. its taste really good..and also i love fish thats why..

| |  i dont really prefer sushi than italian food but i love sushi too.. it's just that italian food is very vague compared to sushi.. but i must say i love sushi.. especially the very basic one - california maki!

I don't know what would be your reaction if i tell you i don't have any idea how sushi looks like and what's the taste of this Japanese food.
Well, i already taste some Italian foods but still my favorite is more on Persian, Arabian and Indian foods.

I like the artful way it is made-the techniques involved to have that perfect maki, or the way they have to perfect the thickness or thinness of the slice of a fish or any bounty from the ocean to bring out the best delicate taste. | |  Sushi is my favorite but I like Italian food too. Italian food was my favorite growing up. We didn't have any Chinese or Japanese restaurants around here. I fell in love with Chinese in the 80's after we finally got a restaurant. After my husband and I started dating he took me to a Japanese restaurant about 50 miles from here (there isn't any closer) and I fell in love with that.
