Why don't you eat a frog? |
|
If you do, why? I just find it curious why one finds frog delectable, while another may find it disgusting.

71. gracypure (422) | 6 months ago | Hi acmepride! I ate frog and till this days i want to eat fried legs of frogs. I remember back years my ex-boyfriend use to order in our fave billiard restaurant, we both like the taste of frogs same with other exotic dishes. There are different kinds of these jumping creatures, different colors like yellow, gold, red; they are poisonous. Yummy!

72. daliaj (2840) | 6 months ago | I have eaten frogs when I was a kid. We are not supposed to eat all kind of frogs. A particular kind of frogs, which are green in color are eaten in my part of country. I had a problem with breething, frong meat is good to cure breathing problems - wheezing. I also used to eat bat and tortoise meat which is also good for breathing problems.

vinslounge (812) | 6 months ago | Sounds strange. To admit frankly, this is for the first time I have heard that Frogs and tortoise are eatable. I too have wheezing but i am a vegetarian by diet and i used to follow strict vegetarian diet which successfully subdued my Wheezing problem and nowadays I never have the problem of getting troubled by wheezing. Infact, i never feel that I have wheezing. But anyways, thanks for providing me with a valuable news. I'll check out about the medicational value of the Frog's meat. Have a great day.

moonbutters1 (462) | 6 months ago | Wow, I never heard of eating a bat . I'm not sure I'd try that. But I have eaten turtle and yes it's alright. Not my favorite food but pretty good. And you'r right, in both cases it has to be a certain kind.

74. pmbhuntress (699) | 6 months ago | Every now and then my kids wont eat my cooking, and the lady across the street from me has a bad habbit of cooking strange things including frog legs. So one day, I looked at my kids and all the leftovers and I said Ok, the next meal, you are all eating at Sonyas. They all asked why? I said because she is having frog legs tonight and you dont like my cooking. That night they ate every single thing I cooked without complaining.

77. sjvenden27 (543) | 6 months ago | Honestly I have never had frog before.. I guess if the chance came up to try a frog I might just give it a try.. But I am not much of a meat eater in general, but I am always willing to try new things.. Then I can honestly say no thank you I have had that before, but I really do not care for the taste.. I think the weirdest thing I have ever had was duck.. But it was prepared in a Greek fashion, which I am not accustom to eating so I may try it prepared a different way.. But as of thus far I do not care for duck..
Some people are just not willing to try new things.. I guess in a lot of ways, that is how some people view life.. They would rather stay on the same path instead of veering to the left or right to go on a little adventure.. May be its due to fear, or just stuck in their set ways.. Who knows..

79. lynnemg (3590) | 6 months ago | My Grandfather used to eat frog legs all the time, but he was never able to get me to even try them. My husband says that he likes them too, but I still won't try them. I really have no other reason than, well, it's a frog! I can't see how frog even remotely sounds appetizing.
