hi, does anyone loaded & withdrawed money to & from liberty reserve before. if yes, please explain me how, i am pretty scared, didn't find a good/reliable way to load/withdraw to/from liberty reserve. thanks a lot..

Hi Yasya08,thanks for this response of yours but I need to one thing about this.What charges do this exchanger site take from one who wants to exchange money?Secondly are there any exchanger available who can exchange money between paypal and liberty reserve?

They will charge you a 4,5% fee if you want to buy LR and 3% if you want to withdraw LR USD (5% for LR EUR). I have no idea about PayPal, sorry.
