Have you ever lost your dog? |
|
My pet dog was lost and I miss him very much...That afternoon I'll never forget and regret I shouldn't let him alone in my grandmother's yard.It was the last time I saw him. When I returned he was not there.I worried about him and tried to search everywhere but nothing.Maybe he was took away by someone.I wondered what has happened to him and how was he.My dog was only two-month old. Many days past,he was still missing.I can't forget those days that he brougt joys to me.He was so funny. But now they all the past.It makes me sad.How I wish he would appear in front of me again.Have you ever lost your pet?

1. Redhornet117 (667) | 10 months ago | I had a female rottweiler who I lost to a heartworm disease. Man, she was the greatest, smart and playful. Plus a very loving dog. We could take walks around the neighborhood and she would be without her leash, she just walks beside me and she never leaves to chase a cat, other dogs or any human we come across with. She justs walks beside me and she's got her attention on me. One time I ran home and tried to leave her, she just ran as fast as she can to chase me. when she caught up with me, I got a licking from her. HAHA, best dog I ever had.

2. eabaterina (442) | 10 months ago | our dogs know where to return home so even if they get outside our house, they still come back. we had a dog who hates fireworks so one new year, he got lost and we could not find him. after a few days he came back. we don't know where he went (he won't tell us LOL)but we also adopted a lost dog.i found a cute and friendly dog in front of our house when i was a kid so i took her in and gave her lots of attention. after a week or so, we were playing in the garden when there were some kids who passed by and said "that's our lost dog!" i felt sad because i thought our dog will be returned to them, but the dog chose to stay with us, i am so happy=)the parents of the kids allowed us to keep her since she has been staying with us for a long time and we did not steal her, she came to us.

dex1486 (236) | 10 months ago | Our dog also hates firecrackers. Just this New Year's Eve, when a lot of our neighbors lighted up their firecrackers, our dog ran away and was nowhere to be found. It was hard to find him because it was too dark and there was smoke in the streets. I was so upset that night that I decided to wait for him after the firecrackers were gone. I never thought that he would come back right in front of our gate that morning. He won't tell us too, where he has gone (LOL).

3. bloglog (352) | 10 months ago | Yes, got my dog lost, but found later.
She must have sneaked out of the door without me knowing. Only hours later, then I realized she was not around. I flipped over the house, looking high and low for her but to no avail.
Then I went out to find her. Caught her outside a neighbour's door. That kind-hearted neighbour prepared some milk and was feeding her at that time when I found her. Guess she must have been there for quite a while.
She was lucky to meet a kind soul. Cannot imagine what will happen to her if a animal abuser got her, she could be abused.
Now, I try to make sure she is around every now and then.

4. dex1486 (236) | 10 months ago | I lost a dog back in 2004 because of heartworm. She was the best dog our family has ever had. She was really affectionate and always welcomes us whenever we go home from work or from school. She actually had puppies, some were given away while two remained. Both her puppies died from heartworm as well before her. I was really sad when she died because after 7 years, I never though she would die like that. I can still remember her dying moments when she tried to stand up but she can't anymore. I cried so hard for days in disbelief.
Now I have a new dog. I swore I would never lose him because of a disease. He recently had bacterial pneumonia. But I took care of him really well and he has now recovered.
