What is the worst thing being on your 30's?

For me the worst this over 30 is probably not having the same strength and endurance you have when your in your 20's eating less and still gaining weight, and knowing that your not getting younger and realizing in a few years you'll be in your 40's that is ouch! Have a nice day to all of you!

Starting to sound like your mom/dad I guess is the worst thing that happened when I reached 30. But then come to think of it that just means that I am starting to gain wisdom because I am beginning to sound like a sound individual. LoL!
